All costs are listed per person. If registering as a couple, please register twice, but enter your partner’s name on the PayPal form where requested.
If your plans change, all cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing by July 31, 2009. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this date! For cancellations before the deadline, refunds will be processed in late September
If you are attending alone, but are interested in sharing a room with someone to get the double-occupancy rate, please email the center. Please be sure to specify if you are male or female, and if you are an early riser or late-nighter, and we’ll do our best to match you up.
