Meet Your Instructor: Dr. Will Coleman

Will Coleman, Ph.D. is a theologian and teacher of Biblical spirituality. A lifelong student, he has received a Bachelor of Arts degree in religion at Rhodes College in Memphis, a Master of Divinity degree from Columbia Theological Seminary, as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy degree (“with distinction”) from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California.

Dr. Coleman’s work represents over 40 years of study and integration of his classical Pentecostal roots, Biblical and Historical scholarship and study, Jewish mysticism, and New Thought / Ancient Wisdom teachings.

Will Coleman teaches and applies principles of Hebrew and Christian Bible study and spirituality for the enrichment of spiritual and psychological health. He also has studied and practiced a wide range of spiritual topics and disciplines within the tradition of the Kabbalah. Biblical spirituality is rooted in the knowledge that the sacred text called the Bible, which originated in Northeast Africa, is much more comprehensive as a guide for transformation of consciousness in the original sounds, symbols and languages of the original Hebrew and Greek texts than in English translations.
