Parking

SLCA serves an urban community, and parking in the middle of the fastest growing city in the U.S. can be challenging!
Construction, streetscape improvements, and just more and more people have made parking near the Woodruff Arts Center increasingly frustrating on Sunday mornings. The good news is, there are thousands of parking spaces within a quarter mile of our auditorium. The bad news is, not all of them are free.
On the map above, we’ve highlighted some options:
- High Museum parking deck. Directly underneath the building! Best option when it’s raining. Enter from Arts Center Way behind the building.
- Promenade II parking deck. On 15th Street, adjacent to the AT&T building. On Sunday mornings, use the lower entrance (nearer to West Peachtree).
- Colony Square parking deck. Two levels; enter on Peachtree or 14th or 15th. Park here, then walk back across the street after the service for brunch without moving your car! Bring your parking ticket in and get it stamped for a special SLCA $3.00 rate!
- MARTA. If it’s convenient for you, park at any MARTA rail station and take the North Line to the Arts Center Station, across the street from our building. (Note that trains run every twenty minutes on weekends.)
- Street parking in Ansley Park (marked in blue). Many of the streets offer free parking (respect the signage), but it can fill up early, especially on pretty days when people are going to Piedmont Park.
We know that we draw weekly attendance from all over the metro area and even beyond. After a long drive, the last thing you want is to hassle with parking. We hope this guide helps, and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday morning!
