Join us for a joyful and deeply meaningful karamu ritual honoring the ministry of Rev. E.N. Hill, UUCA Associate Minister) and celebrating the shared commitments of our partnering congregations. authors Dr. Tony Stringer, Ayanna Loebe, and Rev. Duncan Teague will lead a unique karamu ritual that embodies a spirit of welcome and hospitality, fosters feelings of unity and joy, and celebrates both historical and contemporary African American accomplishments.

As you are able, we invite you to bring a dish to share. dishes from all cultures and cuisines are welcome; however, we encourage you to consider bringing a dish in one of the following colors represented on our ritual table: black (e.g., black-eyed peas), white (e.g., rice), red (e.g., tomato salad), green (e.g., collard greens), or gold (e.g., corn, fried chicken, or curried chicken).
