This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our text and phone messaging services utilized by the Mindset Reset program and its subset programs.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

Our messaging services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
