1. Introduction

Welcome to Mindset Reset Ministry of Spiritual Living Center of Altanta (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our text and phone messaging services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

We offer messaging services to keep you informed about our ministry’s activities, events, and updates. Our Services include sending text messages, making phone calls, and receiving responses through these channels.

3. User Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering for our Services. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up-to-date.
• Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages may vary based on the nature of our communications. We will strive to keep messages relevant and within reasonable limits.  Specific terms for programs are stated in each program desciption ("30 days of Health" for example will provide a message everyday for 30 days.)

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the messages you receive or by contacting us directly. Opting out may affect your ability to receive important updates from us.

6. Fees

Our Services are provided free of charge, but your mobile carrier’s standard text messaging and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your carrier.

7. Use of Information

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Sending unsolicited or spam messages.
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modifications or discontinuations of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spiritual Living Center of Atlanta harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by sending a message to your phone or posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
