Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays Family,

As we head into the holiday season, I want to express my gratitude for your love and support for our community over the years.  In the last couple of months, we have experienced many events that has had an impact on our community; the major one being the departure of our Spiritual Director, Rev. Dr. David Alexander.  With significant change in any organization, there is sometimes a feeling of uncertainty as to what the future might bring. 

I want to assure you that the Board of Trustees and I have heard your concerns, and we want you to know that we are staying the course of SLCA’s mission and purpose:

Our mission is to be an inclusive community that empowers the seeker to uncover their divine purpose by providing Science of Mind tools for personal and global transformation.  And our purpose – is to be a community of belonging, of love, one that includes and respects all races and cultures, all gender and sexual orientations, all political affiliations, all of humanity, is welcomed in this house of love and belonging!

In March 2026, members of our beloved community will have the opportunity to determine SLCA’s next spiritual leader.  Until then, I will lovingly hold the light of love and belonging for all members and newcomers!  Please join us in this sacred task of love and belonging; for together we are strong and will endure any changes - because we stand on spiritual principle!
