Affirmation
I go within to connect with my Source of Power.
I have the Power. Power to heal, power to feel, power to reveal. I am the power. With each breath I awaken my inner power to release all that no longer serves me, making space for joy, wholeness, and transformation. By communing daily with the indwelling Presence I access the power to come forth into the world with increased inspiration, compassion and courage.
And so it is.
