28 Days of Forgiveness program follows our "Reset Mindset" ministry program guide which is made of the following elements:
Somatic Healing:
First and foremost the program is based on the somatic healing principles as proven practices within the New Thought tradition and inspired by the work of Michelle Wadleigh - forgiveness coach, author and spiritual teacher.
Affirmations:
Affirmations are a proven mindfulness tool that help us focus our consciousness into a positive, present tense mode. Program affirmations will align with the work of Michelle Wadleigh's forgiveness practice and be posted on social media for sharing.
Daily Messages
At the heart of our program is daily inpsirational messages delivered to your phone - recorded by leading thought leaders, mindful practitioners, and inspirational spiritual teachers from around the country. These will be delivered each day to your phone - this gives you the freedom to listen at the time that is best for you. The messages are 2-3 minutes in length and provied the perfect start to your daily mindful / spiriutal practice routine.
Weekly Zoom Check-ins
Cultivating community and solidarity is an important part of any transformative mindful practice. Therefore we will provice a facilitated safe-space via zoom each week for people to gather with others participating in the practice. This will be a time to share, connect and feel.
